Murphy's Law

 I don't know who Murphy was but I don't like him very much for passing that silly law of his. Anyway, despite technical problems, our Green Dinosaur still had a great time getting to know some cool kids at today's party. She was determined to get onto that wiggly bouncy castle, despite being too big for the entrance and the efforts were all made worthwhile by the cuddles she received from her new friends.

 Meanwhile...next time I get the brilliant idea to get changed on the street...I need to remember that I took my outer clothes OFF because it was so hot so I couldn't just slip the suit off (Oops!I won't be doing THAT again!). You'd think getting changed under a parachute would be discreet...it wasn't. I had an audience by the time I emerged.

Just because...

It's my Birthday and I can buy a gorilla costume if I want to! :D

I shall add a tutu and feather boa and call her Priscilla. I have plans for her! Watch this space!!

It was time to cool off for some ice cream at Ambury Regional Park yesterday.

Meanwhile, Santa's elf just wanted to make sure that this little stool was going to take his weight safely.

Fun in the Sun

*Happy Yellow Guy* had a fun time interacting with children AND teachers at their Christmas Party today. Lots of smiles with dancing, hiding HYG under a giant parachute, playing in the sandpit and taking photos. HYG says "Thanks for having me...and Meri Kirihimete!"

Santa's on the job

With all these parties to attend, it's no wonder his girth is so generous. Today he was kept busy at Pathways family party and had the kids and adults listening intently as he recounted how Rudolf was given his big moment to shine. And this was AFTER the fizzy drinks and candy canes had been consumed.

Manurewa Santa Parade 2014

I think my Courier must be a little bemused by the little dance I do whenever I see him pull up in my driveway. The other day my little dance started but was stopped abruptly when I saw that he was only carrying two small parcels - and they weren't even for me!

Busting some moves!

Here we are at our first ever dance practice...with a 10 year old camera operator (hence the 2 false starts). Love her critique (sorry Yellow Guy!) and musical accompliament!

Seems to be a lot easier than Twerking (don't ask!), but still very energetic. Some people might go to the gym to keep fit, but we're happy just to shake our booties in a couple of sauna suits!
